During hundreds of years when the Jewish people lived in exile, they were forbidden to work in agriculture and in some countries also to produce wine.                                                                                         One of the most beautiful expressions of the return of the  Jewish people to Israel is the beautiful vineyards on the Judaean mountains.
Fascinating processes are taking place in the field of wine.  
The winemakers travel to different countries to study the field of wine. In a relatively small area you can find a whole world of varieties and styles of wine alongside a constant attempt to return to the roots.  Wine is an amazing expression of agriculture and the connection to the land.
The tour combines tastings at several wineries to choose from.  Brewery, cheese dairy and more.  You can choose a tour with a focus on wine or an agriculture focus, in addition to rich explanations about the region and its history.

The price: $750. 

The price including fascinating tour, coordination with all the sites and attractions, building a schedule, driving and all car expenses. The price is for 4 people.                                                                                If a car is not needed, driving or if a large car is needed, the price may change.
Elchi took lessons from a winemaker, makes wine himself and brews beer.  He is local wine lover and participates in workshops and wine tastings on a regular basis.
The price does not include the cost of the tasting and entrances to the sites and wineries according to your preferences.
Workshops and other attractions can be combined.  
The tour is also suitable for large groups.
