The terms used in this document refer to purchases by consumers as defined in the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981).
This website's purpose is the sale of products to consumers, payment is required to complete purchases.

Purchasing items in our website

All products sold in this website are offered at the prices advertised beside them in this website.
Purchases could be made only by payment via a credit card, subject to the approval of the credit card issuing or clearance company.
To complete a purchase, consumers are required to give their personal information. We keep records of this personal information and of their purchases. In using our website customers provide consent to our management of their personal information for future purchases.
Records of purchases and customer information that we save in our systems will serve as the sole evidence for issues concerning purchases in our website. Interested customers can opt in to receive recommendations and personalized advertising according to their personal information.
Some, or all, of the products may be provided by third parties. We don't hold any liability for shipping delays that may occur for items shipped by third parties. Customers will have no claims against us regarding delays in the delivery of items that were shipped by third parties.
We may cancel purchases if we are out of stock. We will inform the customer and refund any amount paid by the customer for that order which we cancelled. Customers will have no further claims regarding this issue.
Warranties issued by the manufacturer or third party seller are the only warranties provided for the items sold on this website.
We reserve our exclusive right to determine which products we sell and how much stock of these products we hold and may limit the amount of specific products available for purchase by one buyer.

Shipping

We ship items to the address provided by the customer. Insufficient or incorrect addresses may lead to the cancellation of purchases. We will notify the customer that the address needs corrections to complete the purchase and refund any amount paid by the customer for that order which we cancelled. Customers will have no further claims regarding this issue.

Cancellation of a purchase by customers

Customers may cancel a purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Miscellaneous

We reserve our right to modify these terms, to add and / or detract from them.
All prices in this website include VAT, except for prices presented to overseas buyers.
Prices of the items sold on the website do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to items during checkout.
The pictures displayed in our website are only reference illustrations of the items we sell and do not represent the precise nature of these items.
Events, circumstances, or causes occur, that are beyond our control and prevent or / and delay the sale or / and the delivery of purchased item/s or any part therefore, or / and have an effect on the prices and / or taxes and / or fees applicable to the customer of said item/s, we can cancel the purchase during the shipping period of said items. We will notify the customer and will refund any amount paid for said item/s. Customers will have no further claims regarding this issue.
Any dispute regarding the sale and purchase of items in our website is subject to Israeli Law.

It is possible to navigate and use our website with the help of your keyboard alone.

To activate this option, please click the TAB key.

Clicking the TAB key will move you on to the next link (highlighted in yellow) and clicking on SHIFT + TAB will bring you back to the previous link.

Clicking ENTER will activate the different links.

On forms where you can click to choose different options – choose your desired option by pressing on the ARROWS key (up/down).

For the different visual medias on the website (images/videos), you can navigate through the images by pressing on the ARROWS key (left/right).

*the Accessibility Menu suits Explorer 10 and higher, Opera and Chrome. With browsers like Safari and Firefox on Mac computers, activating keyboard navigation is necessary, and is done on the browser’s settings menu.

Pressing on the TAB key will activate the navigation options for the website. At the front page of the website the following options will appear:

Skip to content – begin navigation from the main area of content on the page (this option skips the navigation options at the top)

Skip to menu – begin navigation from the main site menu.

Skip to search – moves the browser to the search box (assuming that the site has a search box).

Activate high contrast – Changes the site’s colors in order to suit the vision of colorblind or blind individuals.

Enlarging the site’s font

Text size can be changed by using + CTRL key or the browser’s options menu (zoom).

To enlarge text: use + CTRL key.

To make text smaller: use – CTRL key.

For the default size text: use 0 CTRL key.

Text and background color

Pressing on the button “activate high contrast” on the options menu disables and colors and background images on the site. The text will be black on white background.

Site content

The site’s content includes standard titles, tables, lists, links, forms and buttons.

Images on the site include a corresponding description (ALT) if they are significant.

The forms on the site are accessible to screen users and keyboard users.

The site could include content from different sites using iframe. The accessibility to this content is dependent on the guest site’s accessibility and we cannot guarantee that they are accessible. For instance – Facebook’s comment section and share options, payment pages of a third party supplier or any other content.
